The international J-J Hooks safety barrier market is expanding into Trinidad and Tobago with Spancrete Caribbean acquiring a J-J Hooks License. David Williams, Director, has been making a simple barrier for the Trinidad market for some years. The Trinidad government saw the need to have a more secure tested barrier and David presented J-J Hooks as a good solution to their request. Rick Groves will be training their personnel and observing the production of the initial J-J Hooks barrier soon.
